Our Youth Primary Savings Account is our membership account for minors under 18 years old. The account can be opened with a low minimum balance of $5. There is No minimum average daily balance requirement, and No minimum average daily balance must be maintained in the account in order to obtain the disclosed APY. And, a Youth Primary Savings Account can be designated as a Happy Savers Club, for children up to the age of 12.
